VYBL!NX Expression of Interest

The business representative submitting this Expression of Interest (EOI) does so on a strictly non-binding basis. Submission of this EOI shall not create any contractual obligation, subscription requirement, or liability to pay any fees, nor shall it give rise to any penalty or damages in the event the business representative elects to withdraw.
This EOI is provided free of charge. In consideration of submitting this EOI, the business representative (together with any affiliated or subsidiary businesses under the same ownership or control) shall be eligible to receive certain promotional benefits, the nature and scope of which shall be determined and communicated prior to the soft launch of the application.
The business representative may withdraw from this EOI at any time, without cause or penalty, whether prior to or after the commercial launch of the application. However, withdrawal from the EOI will result in the automatic forfeiture of any associated promotional benefits, and such benefits will not be reinstated if the business chooses to submit a new EOI or subscribe to the application at a later date.
